Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and manage repair orders from the service dispatcher, ensuring efficient workflow in the service area.
2. Execute repairs as specified in the repair order, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and efficiency.
3. Diagnose vehicle issues and implement effective repairs.
4. Preserve and label parts for warranty jobs or customer requests.
5. Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
6. Communicate promptly with service advisors if repairs cannot be completed as scheduled.
7. Conduct road tests on vehicles when necessary, ensuring customer vehicles are used responsibly.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any incidents to management immediately.

Qualifications:
- ASE Certification or Manufacturer Certification preferred (Audi, Porsche, BMW).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the USA is required.
- Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
