Exciting Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in automotive service and hold ASE certification. Your daily responsibilities will include executing repairs based on specific service orders and diagnosing necessary repairs.

Work Availability:
We have a consistent flow of work and are currently in need of General Line Technicians, Diesel Technicians, and an Experienced Transmission Technician.

Compensation Package:
Signing Bonus: Up to $15,000 based on experience.
Salary Range: $30-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute repairs specified on service orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs.
  • Provide estimates for time required for any additional repairs.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is preferred.
  • Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair.
  • Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and Drug Screening Required
