We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Fidelity Investments. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship in meaningful ways.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience. They will possess strong social skills, the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

As a key member of the branch team, the Relationship Manager will keep Financial Consultants organized, ensuring daily work is carried out with the client's needs at the forefront. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate setting targeted appointments that improve engagement with clients, be client-oriented, and bring great perspective on financial planning.

You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for deepening client relationships through long-term mentorship, collaborating with the Relationship Manager team company-wide, and being responsible for the client contact strategy.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $73,000-$83,000 based on national averages. However, salaries may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
