Job Description: Fidelity Relationship Manager
- Developing Client Relationships:
- We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to facilitate relationships with Fidelity's most valuable clients.
- Your primary responsibility will be to foster long-lasting, positive relationships with Fidelity clients.
- You will identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and work closely with the Financial Consultants to ensure the daily work is aligned with the client's needs.
- Nurturing Business Growth:
- The successful candidate will have a vested interest in being an advocate for clients and bringing great perspective on financial planning.
- As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the Relationship Manager team company-wide to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- You will also be responsible for developing a client contact strategy that drives business growth.
- Requirements:
- A strong background in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with financial markets and products.
- Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful, but not required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required Skills:
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service.
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from your team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed, Series 65 or 66 licensed, and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire.
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on providing excellent customer experience.
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful, but not required.
