Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales goals within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with property management firms, large corporations, and sports-related facilities.
- Present proposals for lawn care services and programs to secure long-term contracts.
- Generate new business revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
- Negotiate prices and designs using company-provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage projects, opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
- Preferred previous sales experience with a proven track record, industry or internal company-related experience.
- Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred.
- Landscaping, lawncare, tree, and shrub or pest experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License Required.
