Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales goals within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with property management firms, large corporations, and sports-related facilities.
  • Present proposals for lawn care services and programs to secure long-term contracts.
  • Generate new business revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
  • Negotiate prices and designs using company-provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage projects, opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, and more.
Sales and Business Acumen

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
  • Preferred previous sales experience with a proven track record, industry or internal company-related experience.
  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred.
  • Landscaping, lawncare, tree, and shrub or pest experience is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
