We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Pohanka Chevrolet Chantilly. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate between technicians and customers to successfully relay information
  • Communicate directly with technicians to inform customers of any additional services needed, providing an estimate of time required for repairs
  • Facilitate repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
  • Automotive service experience required
  • ASE certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills
