About the Role:
Sponsor Residential - Back Up Provider support Residential Providers with providing services to the individual within the licensed residential home and follows all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help individuals strengthen life skills, achieve their personal goals, and build independence.
- Support Residential Providers with providing services to the individual within the licensed residential home.
- Follows all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to use a computer and complete documentation.
- Must be 21+ years old.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate a computer and strong writing skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Must have a clean driving record and a reliable and safe vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of professional experience providing direct support for someone who has an intellectual/developmental disability.
