Job Summary

Blue Bird is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and driving quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise production staff to achieve optimal workflow and productivity
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Develop and enforce operating procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Evaluate production operations to ensure optimum efficiency and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing facility, with a strong background in production and operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and adhere to production processes and procedures
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
