Key Responsibilities
  • Quest Management System Leadership: Act as a role model for behavior aligned with Quest Principles, facilitating cross-functional improvement work with operational leaders to achieve measurable improvement in customer-driven metrics.
  • Coaching and Development: Remove barriers to work assignments, set priorities, and direct the day-to-day operations of assigned members, providing coaching and counseling to support their growth and development.
  • Data Analysis and Application: Work closely with key stakeholders and leaders to prioritize business and information needs, identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets to support informed decision-making.
  • Change Management: Act as a positive change agent, aligning key stakeholders to optimize their engagement and involvement, and participating in PDCA and A3 Thinking processes to improve department practices.
  • Public Speaking and Strategic Communication: Develop and implement effective communication plans for assigned activities, providing coaching and support to other OPEX team members, and executing appropriate and varied methods of communication to reach target audiences.
Requirements
  • Lean Certification: Possess a Lean Bronze or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, or equivalent experience leading continuous improvement work in manufacturing/service or healthcare industry.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, business, communication, organizational development, or other relevant programs, or 5 years' experience leading/facilitating lean transformation activities, strategic, multi-disciplinary, Value stream improvement projects, and A3 thinking/problem solving.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, ICF Coaching Certification, Project Management Professional, or Change Management Certification, and a Master's degree in healthcare, lean, organizational development, strategy, or other equivalent program.
