Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess proposed modifications to controlled documents, ensuring proper routing for approval and timely publication via SharePoint Automate.
  • Facilitate consistency in processes and compliance with quality system standards.
  • Manage training records and performance metrics for various facilities.
  • Conduct inspections and audits as required, adhering to company procedures and relevant standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the organization and share best practices across different sites.
  • Participate in investigations related to complaints and internal non-conformities, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
  • Assist in drafting instructions and procedures as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
