Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical engineering operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project requirements and safety protocols.
- Oversee projects that involve demolition, providing expert guidance throughout the execution phase.
- Manage utility power distribution responsibilities, guaranteeing consistent and effective service delivery.
- Perform Hi-Pot and Megger testing to confirm the reliability of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance of all electrical systems with NEC, NFPA 70, and NEMA standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and fellow engineers to facilitate smooth project progression.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a construction environment.
- Experience with projects involving demolition is advantageous.
- Proficiency in utility power distribution.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70, and NEMA standards.
- Skilled in Hi-Pot and Megger testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
