Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex system environments.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and compatibility.
- Plan, design, and build new system environments, including configuration and customization of software components.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of system builds to ensure functionality, security, and compatibility.
- Monitor system performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of system configuration, changes, and maintenance activities.
- 3-5 years' experience in systems administration, with a focus on software integration and system builds.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as experience with visualization technologies (VMWare).
- Strong understanding of network configurations, protocols, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
