Position Overview:
The role of Culinary Operations Supervisor is vital to the effective management of our food hall. This position entails overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a single-unit location with multiple food stations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional service experience.
- Manage the setup, restocking, and breakdown of the cafeteria on a daily basis.
- Supervise the arrival and setup of all restaurant partners, ensuring adherence to Fooda’s standards of service and sanitation.
- Ensure accurate transactions for all customers, verifying that they are properly charged for their purchases.
- Maintain and update POS software and databases regularly.
- Assist the Dining Manager with weekly financial responsibilities, ensuring accurate documentation within Fooda’s systems.
- Report any potential issues or concerns to the Director to ensure compliance with established procedures.
