  • Manage Transportation Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all transportation operations are in compliance with relevant regulations, including DOT regulations.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver safety.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills to lead a team of transportation professionals.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Operations and logistics, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills to identify and resolve issues.
