Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Join C4 Technical Services as a Marketing Communications Specialist and play a key role in developing and implementing holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across prioritized audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead assigned creative and marketing projects, managing content creation with marketing agencies and ensuring brand compliance in created materials.
  • Manage all asset language translations and translation requirements through preferred vendor portals.
  • Edit InDesign and PPT files to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Proactively manage approved project budgets and track expenses in Excel documents.
  • Enforce proper brand usage and ensure full brand compliance in created materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and marketers to make strategic content improvements.
  • Manage internal events such as poster events and internal tradeshows.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum four (4) years of Agency (account, project management, production, graphic design or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business marketing experience.
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign, PPT & Illustrator files.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills, high-level of creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong project facilitation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French Canadian language.
  • Customer/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels; Social Media, Email/Marketing Automation, Tradeshows, Brochures, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to create posters and aesthetically improve executive presentations to a high standard.

This is a hybrid role based in the Twin Cities with a requirement to be in office minimum of 2 days per week.
