Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant for the upcoming academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and communication skills development.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children in a school or clinical setting.
Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
