Lead Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant for the upcoming academic year.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and communication skills development.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Proven experience working with children in a school or clinical setting.
