We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a travel SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations across the United States.

About the Job

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a full-time, temporary position that offers a competitive hourly rate.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conducting screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
  • Providing education and training to patients and their families on speech disorders and related issues.
  • Documenting patient progress and communicating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State-specific licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an SLP, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.

Please note that additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
