Job Summary
We're seeking qualified and compassionate professionals to join our team of pediatric speech therapists. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with children, parents, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized speech and language therapy sessions. Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing clients' communication needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapies to promote effective communication. You'll also maintain accurate records, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and participate in regular staff meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. In addition to these core responsibilities, you may have opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in professional development activities, and engage in community outreach efforts to promote our services and build relationships with local families and organizations.
