About the Role:

Milrose Consultants LLC is looking for an experienced Permitting Process Specialist to manage the permitting process for various projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.


The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building and zoning codes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. They will be responsible for reviewing plans, managing project deliverables, and overseeing the full project life cycle from initiation to completion.


The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission, and includes a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), sick time, personal days, and annual birthday PTO.
