Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients at the teller line and new accounts desk
  • Assist clients with transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other first-level transactions
  • Open new accounts, sell additional products to clients and prospects, and support sales efforts
  • Develop prospect lists and complete sales activities to attract new clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide cross-selling and referrals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience as a teller
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and quickly
  • Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
