- Collect and organize credit card receipts for management, ensuring proper validation and electronic storage.
- Handle various credit card-related tasks, including maintenance and service inquiries.
- Arrange travel bookings for employees in accordance with company guidelines.
- Gain proficiency in Cash Application processes to serve as a backup for the Cash Application Specialist.
- Conduct data entry across multiple software platforms, including customer portals.
- Scan and archive essential documents for the Finance Department.
- Offer clerical support to other departments experiencing staffing shortages.
- Participate in special projects across all departments as required.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of self-awareness and adaptability to change.
- Proficient in data entry tasks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and document management.
- Capable of performing filing and record-keeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift on-site with flexible start times.
