Job Title: Brand Strategy Manager

At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving medium to long-term brand strategy and performance plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand health and stature strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and define required actions to improve brand health, performance, and loyalty.
  • Conduct market and industry research to understand current trends and opportunities within the brand.
  • Develop and recommend strategic initiatives to achieve brand objectives.
  • Contribute to the annual brand planning process by providing insight into key brand opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field of work.
  • 5-10 years of progressive work-related experience in marketing, strategy, and/or hotel operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of branding and brand management, including research methodology and design.
  • Strong analytic skills and knowledge of the hotel performance ecosystem and drivers.
