Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales through maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer in all areas of the salesfloor.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions, supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store.
- Teamwork + Communication: Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others, collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team, exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt, and is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things.
- Visual + Business Operations: Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product, and adheres to stores safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture
