**Job Summary**

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences, guiding new and seasoned riders through the process of purchasing premium gear and apparel. You'll be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, seasonal merchandising, and expert-level knowledge of RevZilla's product offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

* 1+ year of experience in face-to-face retail sales
* Self-starter mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or interest
