Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nike products, including features, benefits, and styling options
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect product, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, styles, and trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
