As a SEM Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our search engine marketing initiatives with a data-driven approach, ensuring we target the most valuable customers. You will be vital in overseeing the daily operations of our SEM strategy and contributing to its continuous improvement and expansion. Your role will involve crafting innovative SEM tactics that leverage advanced technology and showcasing the effectiveness of these strategies through thorough data analysis and a methodical, evidence-based approach.
Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee bidding strategies for your campaigns to optimize market presence while adhering to return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.
  • Utilize analytical tools and insights to assess the performance of our SEM initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Create and execute compelling ad copy strategies that enhance ad performance.
  • Adopt a Test & Learn methodology to refine ad copy, bidding, and landing page tactics within our SEM framework.
  • Collaborate with external advertising partners and internal SeatGeek teams to ensure we are leveraging the latest technologies available.
  • Become an expert in marketing for live events.
Your Qualifications
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an in-house marketing role focused on Paid Marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with large datasets, particularly in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with SQL or reporting visualization tools like Looker/Tableau is a plus.
