Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Position:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist role at Providence St. Peter Hospital is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a CNS, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation to all care providers and implementing improvements in healthcare delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice in a specialty area while functioning as a resource to other staff and departments
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality and safety goals
Qualifications:
- Masters degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by CCNE or NLNAC
- Minimum 3 years registered nursing experience in area of specialty
- Current certification as a CNS and current certification in area of specialty (if applicable)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $125,000 - $155,000
