Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing optimal processes and practices to ensure timely dispatch to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Functions:
    • Manage customer contact, computer operations, and cash transactions.
  • Warehouse Functions:
    • Coordinate the placement of product in the warehouse for efficiency.
    • Pull, process, and check orders for customers.
    • Receive and process new product.
    • Maintain freshly charged and clean product for distribution.
    • Process and control all returns from customers.
    • Accurately load and unload delivery vehicles.
    • Conduct monthly counting, processing, checking, and balancing of warehouse product.
  • Driver/Delivery Functions:
    • Route vehicles for daily delivery of product.
    • Enforce Drivers Code of Conduct.
    • Focus on driver and customer contacts.
    • Ensure effective utilization of warehouse areas and observe proper loading, unloading, stocking, and safekeeping of items.
  • All Other Duties:
    • Manage warehouse personnel resources optimally.
    • Develop and implement warehouse and inventory monitoring systems.
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to leadership on inventory levels, P&L, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience at a manager level within warehouse operations.
  • Experience in warehouse management, operations, or logistics.
  • Self-starter who can set up operations and workflows with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
