- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patients' age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in medical surgical nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Previous experience in medical surgical nursing is preferred.
- Current RN licensure from the State Board of Nurse Examiners in Texas and BCLS certification.
