The Food Production Facility Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Central Kitchen, ensuring that the facility runs smoothly. The focus is on managing the brand, maintaining food quality to meet brand standards, overseeing inventory, and controlling costs related to products and labor to ensure budget compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY SUPERVISOR:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or education
- Manager's Food Handler's Card
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Supervisors are expected to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day
- Schedule may vary based on operational demands.
- Proficient in using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, departments, and co-workers in a team environment
- Basic culinary skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese is preferred but not mandatory
