About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Highgate Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live their lives with purpose and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on and stand-by assistance to residents with daily living activities
  • Assist with physical activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with cognitive and emotional needs, promoting independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Ability to obtain required caregiving license within specified timeframe if necessary
  • Current negative TB test
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours
  • Ability to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance
  • Ability to pass criminal record/background check
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational abilities and communication skills
