Front Desk Representative

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and you will be responsible for checking-in and checking-out guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be proficient in using computer systems, including Opera and HotSOS, and be able to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with high attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities:
