We seek a talented Landscaping Senior Account Manager to join our team, who can provide quality and timely customer service, manage production crews, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service
  • Managing crew members, including performance management, addressing complaints, and planning workloads
  • Providing proactive site quality reviews and communicating assessments internally and externally
  • Networking and earning referrals to drive branch growth
  • Assisting the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth, and profitability objectives

Requirements include:

  • ~8 years+ of client & crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio
  • ~2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, or a minimum of 2-3 years landscape/horticulture experience with training and managing multiple crew members/gardeners
  • ~At least 5 years of crew management, including in-depth knowledge of landscape operations, high-level sales, and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • ~Sound time management and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services
