Job Title: General Manager/Division Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our commercial security integration business in South Boston and Salem, NH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales efforts to grow customer bases and achieve budgeted sales and gross profit objectives
  • Collaborate with East Area Manager to establish sales and operating budgets
  • Deliver profit dollars and return on sales that meet or exceed yearly financial budget/forecast
  • Hire, train, and develop new employees to improve individual performance
  • Effectively lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold employees accountable
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of ten years' experience leading operations and sales in commercial service, commercial electronic security integration industry, or other related industrial/commercial industry
  • Commitment to regularly managing operations in-office M-F with minimum three days in the South Boston office and up to two days per week in Salem, NH office
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire
  • Industry licensing for the state of Massachusetts: Ideally will have a C license and an S license (or the desire and ability to attain)
  • Possess an ability for technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem-solving
  • Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, as well as hiring, training, developing, and conducting annual performance reviews
