Nasdaq is a leading global provider of financial data and technology services. We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Strategy Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with top pre-IPO companies, analyzing their strategies and developing engagement plans for Nasdaq's executive leaders and the Deal Strategy Team. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the capital markets.

Responsibilities:
* Develop account strategy documents that showcase Nasdaq's core offerings
* Conduct competitive research on industry trends and competitor engagements
* Track top deals and alert IPO Directors to company or executive news
* Maintain Salesforce CRM in collaboration with IPO Directors
* Research region and industry-specific reports in Pitchbook and Equilar
* Host Listed Companies and Prospects at MarketSite and attend conferences and virtual webinars

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in banking, consulting, or financial communications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Photoshop
* In-office expectations: 5 days per week on-site

Additional Benefits:
* $75,000 - $100,000 annual salary range
