Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service and build strong relationships with customers

• Engage in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals

• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals

• Assist with visually merchandising, setting up, and other store-related projects

• Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
