At Walmart, we're looking for skilled Home Team Associates to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth. This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$23 per hour, plus the possibility of additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Your schedule will be flexible, with available shifts including mid-shift and closing. **Job Summary:**

As a Home Team Associate, you'll be the face of our store, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including home displays and fixtures
  • Assisting customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions and making recommendations
  • Driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
