Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative to enhance our team of innovative and enthusiastic professionals committed to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from both current and prospective clients while utilizing the Service Titan platform for tracking inquiries, resolving issues, and offering detailed information about our services and products.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday & Friday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with Thursdays and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer service calls effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints by directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and scheduled appointments.
- Promote additional services or products as appropriate.
