Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

At Ernest Health, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, including Ernest Hospital Staff, Employees, Vendors, and other supporting staff. This role will involve problem identification, issue documentation, communication with customers and other IT support staff to resolve IT hardware/application issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work closely and professionally with others. They will also have a strong understanding of IT hardware and software, as well as experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify and document technical issues and escalate to senior IT staff as necessary
  • Communicate with customers and other IT support staff to resolve technical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure IT systems are running smoothly
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Prior Help Desk/Service Desk Support experience required
  • Windows Laptop or Desktop support experience required
  • Windows based printer installation/troubleshooting experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory accounts preferred
  • Service Desk + or Help Desk Certificate preferred
