Summary: ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Program Director to join our winning team and growth-oriented culture in support of the DISA Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) program, located in the National Capital Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full operational responsibility and accountability for the execution of the program
  • Monitors service delivery, subcontractor performance, and allocation of resources
  • Manages all contractual, technical, financial, and administration functions
  • Manages efficient team performance to meet task, resource, and schedule requirements
  • Ensures successful contract performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance
  • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components
  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive project management knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
  • Oversee all aspects of multiple projects/changes and workstreams
  • Primary POC for any technical, performance, or contractual issues
  • Architecting solutions to support health services and comparative effectiveness research

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to assess requirements and prioritize/assign tasks to meet customer needs
  • Experience briefing key stakeholders, Government clients, and senior leaders
  • Possess excellent writing ability and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive execution results
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in support of multiple large organizations

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field (required)
  • Master’s degree in IT-related field (preferred)

 

Years of Experience:

  • Ten or more years IT program management experience
  • Five or more years IT program management experience in DoD environment

 

Certification Requirements:

  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification
  • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification


Clearance Requirements:

  • DIA adjudicated clearance TS, SCI eligible

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with DISA
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
