Job Summary

Mentis Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the management of engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and project team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with construction, design, and management of pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and loss control measures.
