Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
- Drive sales growth by setting and achieving personal income goals consistent with AutoNation's standards of productivity.
- Utilize proven sales and customer service strategies to exceed established goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
- 1+ year of automotive sales experience.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
