Available Shifts: Flexible options including day, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary healthcare provider for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
  • Conducting assessments, making diagnoses, and executing medical procedures for at-risk newborns.
  • Creating individualized treatment strategies for infants facing complex medical challenges.
  • Prescribing medications autonomously and in collaboration with NICU physicians.
  • Providing education and support to parents and caregivers regarding the care of their newborns.
  • Ordering and performing necessary medical tests and interventions, including neonatal resuscitation.

Qualifications for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner:

  • Valid MN nursing license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
