Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Emergency Care and be certified in ACLS and PALS.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of one year experience in Emergency Care
- Previous ICU/Critical Care or completed Coronary Care course considered
