Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Development and Implementation: Work closely with the PCO Vendor Management Lead to design and execute a comprehensive vendor management program that aligns with CenterWell's strategic objectives.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop initiatives to enhance vendor management processes, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.
  3. Vendor Performance Management: Develop and implement metrics to measure vendor performance, ensuring that vendors meet CenterWell's quality, performance, and cost expectations.
  4. Contract and Invoice Management: Review vendor contracts and invoices to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Vendor Issue Resolution: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of vendor-related problems.
  6. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in vendor management and implement recommendations to improve CenterWell's vendor management processes.
  7. Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with and present to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare services.
  • Agile certification.
