Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with consultants, effective team management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage financial performance to achieve profitability.
  • Travel to job sites as required to facilitate design and construction, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop staff in partnership with other studio leaders, promoting a culture of growth and development.
  • Maintain a cohesive relationship with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of well-rounded electrical design working experience with all phases of design and construction.
  • Professional Engineering license in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills, creativity, and ability to work with different personality types.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally, with a positive service-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Experience managing the design of major electrical design projects.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methods and processes.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, build and sustain client relationships, and develop project programs.
