Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service during the busy midday and evening hours, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
  • Manage Store Appearance: Keep the store organized and appealing, managing stock and merchandise during peak hours.
  • Handle Transactions with Ease: Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure a Safe Shopping Environment: Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the varied dynamics of the mid/second shift.
  • Work Seamlessly with Colleagues: Work together with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
  • Manage Stock Levels: Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes, ensuring the store is well-equipped for customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable and Positive: You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience.
  • Reliable and Responsible: Reliable presence during the critical midday and early evening hours.
