Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven, Inc. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales through effective communication with customers, including promoting products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and merchandising products.
  • Perform cashier duties, including ringing sales and maintaining cash control.
  • Perform regular cleaning activities and other tasks as assigned.
  • Forecast, order, and stock merchandise, with appropriate training.
  • Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop strong vendor relations to drive sales and improve store operations.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store to meet customer expectations.
  • Promote 7-Eleven to our guests and community through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maximize sales and profits through effective inventory management and control.
  • Identify and resolve sales obstacles to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail or food service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
