Job Summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through effective communication with customers, including upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Ring sales and maintain cash control, including handling cash, operating the register, and processing transactions.
  • Perform all regular cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, as well as other tasks assigned by management.
  • Forecast, order, and stock merchandise, including receiving and processing inventory shipments.
  • Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors and ensure accurate inventory counts.
Requirements
  • Constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions

The Retail Sales Associate position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions. The position also requires working in a team environment and being able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
