About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and process applications for new move-ins
  • Facilitate renewal process for all residents
  • Apply correct rents for annual and interim recertification; adjust to remain compliant
  • Participate in marketing, leasing, and resident move-in experiences, including partnering with maintenance to ensure unit turn for move in
  • Prepare all required agency reporting to standard
  • Maintain leasing and marketing reports as needed
  • Support site and office operations as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in leasing or sales
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Commitment to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
